We are committed to supporting our customers and their clinicians in exploring our products with informative and educational trials. Each carefully crafted trial experience for VELA, Obi and Vicair is guided by exclusive resources created by our founder and Occupational Therapist, Amy Vincent.

How Do Our Trial Experiences Work?
Our Trial Experiences begin with clinicians gaining access to the relevant Clinical Resource Hub. This hub offers comprehensive clinical education guides, along with video tutorials and demonstrations designed to help clinicians gain a deeper understanding of our products. Additionally, we've included customer-friendly videos that clinicians can review with their clients.
The Clinical Resource Hub is the starting point for all trials. It is tailored to facilitate virtual trial experiences, ensuring accessibility to trials for customers and clinicians across Queensland. Details about our physical trial options are also available within the hub. Once clinicians have explored these resources and are ready to proceed, they can move on to prescription, request a quote, or request physical trial options.
