What is it?

The Vicair Bariatric O2 Cushion is an optimal pressure relieving cushion with the same principles as the Vicair Adjuster O2 Cushion, for people who need a wider size range to accommodate a larger body habitus. The Bariatric O2 cushion can automatically manage small obliquities or is individually adjustable to support more significant pelvic asymmetry.

Who is it for?

The Vicair Bariatric O2 Cushion is designed for wheelchair users who weigh up to 500 kilograms. The Bariatric O2 Cushion is suitable for people who require a high level of skin protection, stability and/or have pelvic asymmetry. This cushion is suitable for people who have any of the following conditions: hemiplegia, amputations, pelvic obliquity, spina bifida, spasms, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis and more.
