What is it?

The Vela Tango 310E is an electric office chair with a brake and electric lift. It is designed for people to use at work or around the home. The reinforced materials of the Vela 310E, means it is suitable for bariatric people as well as people with involuntary motor movements or sporadic behavioural concerns.

Who is it for?

Vela 310E is designed for adolescents and adults who are having difficulty engaging in their everyday activities such as study, work or activities around the home due to a condition or illness, such as people with ADHD, ageing, arthritis, autism, chronic pain, balance problems, bariatric, cerebral palsy, COPD, dwarfism, fibromyalgia, hemiplegia, amputations, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson’s, acquired brain injuries, visual impairment or walking impairments.

The Vela 310E chair is designed for people with larger body habitus or for those who weigh up to 300kg.
How to Use

The Vela 310E is designed to be sat on. It is used like a standard office chair but has the added stability of a brake. The electric lift function is operated by a simple touch button on the armrest. The user can ‘walk’ the chair around using their feet. The armrests and backrest can be adjusted using a tool, but once it’s set up it generally does not need to be adjusted again.
